filings readEvery filing every company you watch makes in the year — a 10-Q each quarter, a 10-K once, and any 8-K that bears on a reason. The number is the filer's, not ours: a company files what it files, and we read what arrives.
conditions armedOne on every reason, on every name — derived when the reason is, and shown on the reason it belongs to.
letters sentOne per filing read, whether it moved a reason or not. A quiet quarter is written up as work performed: the watch read the filing, checked each condition, and nothing tripped.
